Account Manager

Due to the growth of our client portfolio, LEX Collective is on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Account Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with blue-chip brands and oversee a national Brand Ambassador program across major retailers in Australia.

• Lead the day-to-day management of client programs, including:
  ➤ Client communication and WIP meetings
  ➤ Project tracking and reporting
  ➤ Estimating, reconciliation, and invoicing

• Recruit, onboard, train, and manage Brand Ambassadors nationally

• Translate client briefs into actionable plans for internal teams

• Streamline internal processes to increase efficiency and performance

• Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and reliability

• Act as the primary contact for campaign activities and performance reporting

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure team alignment

• Manage third-party suppliers and event logistics within budget

• Prepare post-campaign reports with insights and recommendations
  

• Experience in events, brand activations, experiential marketing, or as a Brand Ambassador

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Strong organisational skills and sharp attention to detail

• Confidence using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• A proactive mindset with a solutions-first attitude

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing role

• A personable, empathetic, and patient management style
