About the role
THE ROLE
Reporting to the ICT Program Manager, the Senior Business Analyst will play a critical role in translating business need into ICT solutions and documenting business requirements to contribute to the delivery of a multifaceted and multiyear ICT future state roadmap strategy designed to support the implementation of child safety reforms and mature the SSR's ICT and business intelligence capability.
Working closely with teams in the ICT and Business Intelligence branch, and with subject matter experts across the organisation, the role will play a central role through mapping current state processes, gathering requirements, documenting future state business processes and contributing to procurement and systems specifications.
