ERP Technical Workstream Manager

The opportunityOur client is a globally diversified mining and metals company delivering one of its most significant technology programmes in support of a major new production asset in the United States. As the project moves from design into production readiness, they're looking for an experienced ERP Technical Workstream Manager to lead the technical delivery workstream on a large scale SAP S/4HANA implementation.
This is a high impact, Perth based role at the centre of a complex, highly integrated ERP programme. You'll work alongside a Functional Workstream Manager, OCM Workstream Manager, Integration Lead, Project Controller and ERP Architect, and manage a System Integrator and third party vendors through to go live.
What you'll doOwn delivery of the Technical Workstream: scope, schedule and budgetLead internal and external technical resources to keep delivery aligned and on trackManage System Integrator performance against the approved Statement of WorkIdentify and manage project dependencies, critical paths, risks and resourcing conflictsDrive risk and issue escalation and resolution with delivery teams and stakeholdersAct as the primary technical point of contact for a major operational customerCoordinate closely with the OCM Workstream Manager on change related activitiesBring specialist, best practice project delivery approaches across governance, scheduling and risk
What you'll bring8+ years' experience as an ERP project or workstream manager on large, highly integrated programmesStrong technical grounding in SAP S/4HANA, BW, Basis, PO/Integration, BTP, custom code management and CloudA track record managing System Integrators and third party vendors through complex deliveryProven ability to build and maintain highly integrated plans, managing interdependencies and riskExcellent stakeholder communication, equally credible with technical teams and executivesMining, resources or heavy industry experience is highly regarded but not essential
