Beechmont Estate is a luxury country retreat just outside the small township of Beechmont, near Binna Burra in the Scenic Rim. Just 90 minutes from Brisbane and 45 minutes from the Gold Coast, the 75-acre property neighbours the World Heritage-listed Lamington National Park.

This award winning property boasts 21 accommodation rooms ranging between Hinterland Cabins, Beechmont Cabins, Luxury Pavilions and our Luxurious Owners Residence.

We are looking for an enthusiastic & hard-working member to join our Housekeeping Team on a Full-Time Basis. 
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards.

• Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as needed.

• Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and refreshments.

• Perform deep cleaning tasks as required.

• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team.

• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used and stored correctly.

• Adhere to the estate’s policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

• Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or luxury estate is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Good communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanour.

• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy items when necessary.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
