About the role
Springvale | Full-time | Monday to Friday 7.00am to 3.00pm
About Us
Synergie Skin is an Australian owned, leading manufacturer of skincare for the medical aesthetics and beauty therapy sectors. We are trusted by clinics, dermatologists, beauty professionals and end users across Australia and in more than seven international markets.
From our manufacturing facility in Springvale, we are one of the few genuinely vertically integrated skincare businesses in the country, with manufacturing, quality, R&D, marketing, sales and dispatch all under one roof. Our ISO 22716 accreditation reflects the standard we hold ourselves to across every part of the business, including every order that leaves our facility.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a hands-on Dispatch Team Leader to take ownership of day-to-day order fulfilment across customer, wholesale, retail and marketing orders.
You will lead the dispatch team, oversee the systems that support the function, including NetSuite, ReadyFreight and RF-SMART, and ensure orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time.
Working closely with the Head of Operations, you will also be responsible for inventory accuracy, team performance, reporting and continuous improvement across the dispatch function.
This is a role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading from the front and keeping things moving when volumes are high and priorities shift.
What You'll Do
Lead, roster and coach the dispatch team to meet daily, weekly and monthly targets
Oversee accurate, efficient and compliant picking, packing and dispatch across all channels
Monitor workflow throughout the day and allocate resources to keep orders moving
Own inventory accuracy for dispatch-related stock, including cycle counts and investigation of discrepancies
Act as the internal owner of NetSuite, ReadyFreight and RF-SMART within the dispatch function
Manage returns and reverse logistics in collaboration with Customer Experience
Monitor and report on DIFOT, stock accuracy and order status
Identify root causes behind delays, errors and stock discrepancies and put practical improvements in place
Maintain clear dispatch processes, procedures and work instructions
Support team training, performance management and onboarding
Ensure workplace safety, housekeeping and quality standards are consistently maintained
Work closely with Operations, Warehouse, Customer Experience, Sales and other teams to resolve fulfilment issues quickly
About You
3+ years' experience in order fulfilment, dispatch, warehousing or a similar environment
Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
Experience in manufacturing, FMCG or a fast-moving operational environment is highly regarded
Comfortable using warehouse and ERP systems, with NetSuite, ReadyFreight or RF-SMART experience advantageous
Strong understanding of inventory accuracy and order fulfilment processes
Confident using data and reporting to identify issues and improve performance
A clear and practical communicator who can lead a team under pressure
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable being hands-on and working alongside the team when required
A strong focus on safety, quality and customer outcomes
How We Work
Skills get you shortlisted. ‘Fit’, how well you connect with our culture, is what makes you thrive here. We are looking for someone who genuinely operates the way we do, guided by our 5C values.
Customer-Centricity. You understand that every order represents a customer, clinic or partner waiting on us, and you care about getting it right and getting it there on time.
Curiosity. You ask why errors, delays or stock discrepancies happen and look for the root cause rather than simply fixing the immediate problem.
Collaboration. You work closely with your team and the wider business because strong fulfilment depends on good communication across Operations, Customer Experience, Sales and Warehouse.
Clarity. You communicate priorities clearly, escalate issues early and make sure your team knows exactly what good looks like.
Continuous improvement. You are always looking for practical ways to improve accuracy, productivity and the way the team works. Mediocrity is not in the Synergie Skin playbook.
