We are a small, independent community pharmacy looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Retail Pharmacy Assistant / Pharmacy Manager to join our team.

About the Role

Depending on your experience, responsibilities will include:

• Providing outstanding customer service and assisting customers with their needs
• Dispensing support and general pharmacy assistant duties
• OTC and front-of-shop sales
• Stock management, ordering and merchandising
• Receiving deliveries and maintaining inventory
• Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming pharmacy
• Managing promotions and improving retail presentation
• Assisting with day-to-day pharmacy operations
• Supporting and motivating other team members
• Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally
• Opening/closing and general operational responsibilities
• Helping drive sales and achieve pharmacy KPIs
• Ensuring pharmacy policies and procedures are followed

Previous pharmacy retail or management experience is highly regarded. A Certificate III in Community Pharmacy or relevant pharmacy experience would be advantageous.
