Toll Aviation is an experienced provider of crewed and uncrewed specialised operations and training, delivering both standalone and integrated solutions to support Government, Defence and the civil sector. Toll Aviation combines the operational and training expertise of Toll Helicopters, Toll Fixed Wing, Toll Uncrewed Systems and The ACE Training Centre.



The Opportunity



Business Services and Operations Support - Sydney Olympic Park, NSW



Toll Aviation is seeking an experienced Business Services and Operations Support professional to join our Fixed Wing Aviation business. The purpose of this role is to provide high quality comprehensive administrative and business services & operational support to the Head of Fixed Wing & Operations team. This role ensures the smooth and efficient running of all Fixed Wing Aviation business including staff across both Victoria & NSW as well as providing ad hoc HR support to Aviation Management.



Key Responsibilities, but not limited to -

• Anticipate future requirements of the manager and team and organise workflow, information, and meetings (attendees, agenda, documentation, logistics etc.)
  
• Provide assistance to managers and employees for Travel tasks as necessary.
  
• Responsible for organizing functions and general meeting set-up and support: including arranging follow up calls, maintaining office space schedules, securing catering and supplies, copying.
  
• Coordinate the preparation and distribution of documentation for meetings, agendas, and presentations.
  
• Coordinate and management of employee resources including Laptops, phones, company credit cards etc.
  

What We're Looking for to Drive Success -

• Previous work experience as an experienced corporate administrator or in a similar role.
  
• 5+ years' experience in a corporate level office as a general administrator and / or HR administrator with a clerical background is highly desirable.
  
• Tertiary/TAFE - Preferable a minimum of Cert IV in Business/ Administration/ Management.
  
• Aviation industry experience highly desirable.
  
• Highly proficient in MS Office Suite.
