About the role

Tyre Shop Coolum is seeking a skilled and experienced Tyre Fitter / Wheel Aligner to join our growing team in Coolum Beach, Queensland.

This is a full-time position based at our modern workshop in Coolum Beach (QLD 4573). In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for fitting and balancing tyres, performing wheel alignments, and delivering high-quality services to a wide range of vehicles. You'll work with modern equipment and diagnostic tools to ensure every customer receives professional, reliable service.

Key responsibilities

• Fit and balance tyres on a wide range of vehicles, including passenger cars, SUVs and 4WDs.

• Perform wheel alignments using modern alignment equipment.

• Inspect tyres and wheels for wear, damage and safety concerns.

• Maintain accurate job records and customer service documentation.

• Complete all work safely and in accordance with industry standards.

• Provide customers with professional advice on tyre maintenance and replacement options.

• Maintain a clean, organised and safe workshop.

• Assist with vehicle inspections and identify additional service requirements where appropriate.

• Operate and maintain workshop equipment to a high standard.

Skills & experience

• Previous experience as a tyre fitter is crucial.

• Wheel alignment experience is highly regarded.

• Current driver's licence.

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work well in a small team.
