What You'll Do

Plan and coordinate daily food production to meet customer demandPrepare and oversee bulk cooking of texture modified and specialised mealsLead, train and support kitchen staff to achieve daily production goalsMonitor food quality, food safety and HACCP complianceManage stock, ordering, budgets, rostering, and kitchen operations efficiently

About You

Certificate IV in Kitchen Management & Diploma of Hospitality Management are essentialStrong knowledge of HACCP, food safety and allergen managementConfidence preparing bulk meals and texture modified food productsExcellent organisational, communication and leadership skillsFood Handler Certificate required, with Food Safety Supervisor Certificate highly regarded
