This role includes preparing, reviewing, and maintaining contracts and related documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance with company policies, and alignment with project scopes and timelines. Day-to-day tasks involve coordinating with designers, project managers, suppliers, and clients to clarify contract terms, track variations, manage procurement-related documentation, and monitor contract performance and milestones. The Contract Administrator will also assist with tender processes, update contract registers, manage approvals, and support cost control and reporting to contribute to smooth project delivery.Qualifications Strong skills in contract management and contract administration, including drafting, reviewing, and maintaining contractual documentation.Experience or capability in contract negotiation and procurement, with the ability to support supplier and subcontractor agreements.Well-developed analytical skills to interpret contract terms, assess risks, and support accurate project and cost reporting.Clear and professional communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and clients.Relevant experience in construction, renovations, or a related industry is highly beneficial.Proficiency with contract management systems and standard office software (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets).Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
