The Manufacturing Industry Skills Alliance (Manufacturing Alliance) is seeking an experienced and relationship-focused Industry Engagement Partner to join our growing team.
In this influential role, you’ll work closely with industry leaders, employers, training providers, unions and government stakeholders to identify workforce challenges, gather industry intelligence, and help shape the future of skills development across Australia’s manufacturing sector.

The Manufacturing Industry Skills Alliance is an industry-owned, industry-led, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to addressing the workforce and skills challenges facing Australia’s manufacturing sector.
As the operator of the Manufacturing Jobs and Skills Council, we work collaboratively with employers, unions, governments, training providers and learners to build a skilled workforce for today and the future.

About the Role
Reporting to the Manager Stakeholder Engagement, you’ll join a collaborative team of Industry Engagement Partners responsible for strengthening relationships across the manufacturing sector.
Working closely with our Workforce Intelligence and Training Products & Projects teams, you’ll engage with stakeholders to understand workforce challenges, identify emerging trends, and provide valuable insights that help shape national skills and training priorities.
You’ll represent the Manufacturing Alliance across industry forums, consultations and events, while promoting workforce initiatives, career pathways and training opportunities that support Australia’s manufacturing industry.
