With a membership base exceeding 24,500 and sustained year-on-year growth, the business is entering its next phase of expansion and is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to help lead this growth.
About the RoleThis is a strategic, hands-on leadership position responsible for shaping and executing the company's marketing direction. Working closely with the CEO, the successful candidate will define brand positioning, drive campaign performance, and deliver measurable growth outcomes. The role carries genuine ownership of strategy and results, rather than execution of pre-set direction.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and lead a 12-month marketing strategy aligned with business growth targetsPlan and manage digital advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on Meta platformsOversee brand positioning and ensure consistency across all channelsLeverage data and performance metrics to inform content and campaign decisionsProduce and coordinate marketing content, including basic content editingIdentify and evaluate opportunities to apply AI tools within marketing operationsReport regularly on campaign performance and strategic progress to executive leadership
About YouProven experience in a marketing management or senior marketing roleDemonstrated success managing Meta advertising campaignsStrong understanding of brand strategy and positioningData-driven approach to decision-makingHigh level of initiative, consistency, and organisational rigourWorking knowledge of, or strong interest in, AI tools relevant to marketingInterest in the horse racing industry is advantageous but not essentialExperience or interest in podcasting will be highly regarded
