About the Opportunities

We’re interested in hearing from dynamic experienced professional contractors across commercial, corporate, program, project, procurement, risk, governance, workforce, data and specialist advisory disciplines.

You may support Australian Government and Defence clients on assignments that strengthen capability, improve delivery, support procurement and acquisition activity, uplift governance, or help teams respond to complex operational and organisational challenges.

Our engagements require people who can quickly understand our clients’ environment, work under direction, and deliver useful outputs at pace.

What Skills We’re Seeking

We are particularly interested in people whose experience can translate across Defence Support Services and Capability Support Services Panel (AFP) requirements as well as broader Commonwealth panel categories:

•       Commercial, procurement, contract management, acquisition and category management specialists

•       Program, project, PMO, planning, scheduling and project controls specialists

•       Data analysts, business analysts, reporting specialists, benefits analysts and performance measurement specialists

•       Test, evaluation, quality management and lessons management specialists

•       Enterprise risk, governance, compliance, assurance and audit specialists

•       HR, employment relations, organisational design, learning, change and capability uplift specialists

•       Technical writers, authoring specialists, policy writers, researchers and documentation specialists

•       Stakeholder engagement, communications, facilitation and workshop specialists

•       Security, logistics, materiel support and Defence-enabling specialists

•       Financial management, scientific and specialist advisory resources

About You

You’re a driven, practical and polished professional who brings:

•       The ability to deliver at pace without compromising quality, judgement or accuracy.

•       A natural ability to build trust, solve problems and work as part of a small, agile team.

•       Strong knowledge of Government, Defence or complex regulated environments.

•       A positive, can-do attitude, a curious mindset and the resilience to deliver in high-stakes environments.

•       Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence, inform and produce clear deliverables.
