Support Worker Wanted – Tayla’d Care Services

About the role

As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care and support to individuals in their homes and within the community. Our participants are primarily located in the Ipswich area, with additional supports provided across the Brisbane region.

Key responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care and support to individuals in their homes and within the community

• Personal care support

• Medication assistance

• Peg feeding and stoma care

• Travel between Ipswich and Brisbane when required

About you

• Reliable and motivated individual with a positive attitude

• Ability to work as part of a team

• Good availability Monday to Friday, with flexibility for occasional weekend shifts

• Willingness to travel between Ipswich and Brisbane when required (within reasonable expectations)

• Current full driver's licence required for travel between locations

• Minimum 1-2 years personal care experience essential

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A proactive approach and willingness to learn new skills

• Certificate III Individual Support required

• Working with children check, First aid and CPR, NDIS Worker Screening clearance required
