We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to support our team in a fast-growing industry.

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated person to fit into our team and become the face of the business selling directly via B2B and B2C. Our business will supply warm leads via our appointment setting team however there may be times that you will be required to use your previous networks to self-generate sales opportunities. The business will provide you access to a CRM system, quote tool and specific product training prior to hitting the market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the inbound leads and book appointments with customers

• Conduct either a face to face appointment or phone appointment with each lead

• Input customer information into our CRM and generate quotations

• Manage your pipeline and ensure all customers are being followed up in a timely matter

• Manage any customer enquiries and provide feedback or solution in a timely fashion

• Focus on setting and achieving monthly sales targets

• Attend weekly sales meeting and discuss sales results and targets for the rest of the month

About you

• Strong communication skills, verbal and written

• A proven track record in closing sales via B2B and/or B2C

• A customer-focused and professional mindset

• Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly excel

• Previous sales in HVAC or solar will be an advantage but not essential

• Experience using internal CRM systems such as ZOHO, Hubspot would be an advantage
