What You Bring

A relevant tertiary qualification in Education, Design and Technology, Industrial Technology, Engineering, Design, or a related discipline, together with current Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) registration.
Demonstrated experience teaching Design and Technology subjects within a secondary school environment.
Comprehensive knowledge of curriculum development, assessment and reporting practices relevant to Design and Technology education.
Experience integrating contemporary technologies, digital tools and practical learning methodologies into teaching and learning programs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to support students in design thinking and project-based learning.
Excellent written and oral communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Highly developed organisational and time management skills, including the ability to manage assessment, planning and administrative responsibilities.
Demonstrated commitment to professional growth, reflective practice and collaborative teamwork.
Willingness to contribute to co-curricular programs and the wider life of the College.
Commitment to the College's Christian ethos and values.
