About the role

Franky & Co Green Hills is a busy café located in Green Hills Shopping Centre looking for a qualified and experienced barista to join the friendly team. You will be working in a fast-paced environment while consistently producing great coffee and delivering friendly customer service.

About you

• Previous experience working as a barista

• The ability to make consistently high-quality coffee

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Previous café, hospitality or retail experience

• Confidence working in a busy, fast-paced environment

• A friendly, reliable and positive attitude

• The ability to work well as part of a team

• Availability to work a flexible casual roster, including some weekends
