The team prides itself on attention to detail, genuine care, and handling challenges calmly to ensure moving day goes smoothly for every client.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Mover role based in Welshpool, WA. The Mover will safely load, transport, and unload household and office items, including fragile, bulky, and heavy goods such as furniture, appliances, pianos, and safes. Daily tasks include carefully wrapping and protecting items, assisting with packing and unpacking, and assembling or disassembling furniture as required. The role involves operating moving equipment, following safety procedures, maintaining clean and organized vehicles, and supporting accurate documentation and payments on-site. Movers are expected to provide friendly, professional customer service, work collaboratively with the crew, and adapt to different move types and locations across Perth and Western Australia.Qualifications Strong physical fitness and stamina, with the ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy items safely.Experience in residential or commercial removals, logistics, warehousing, or a similar hands-on role is beneficial.Knowledge of safe handling, loading, and securing techniques for furniture, fragile items, and specialized equipment.Basic mechanical or practical skills for furniture assembly and disassembly using common tools.Valid driver’s license; experience driving light commercial vehicles or trucks is an advantage.Commitment to safety, including adherence to manual handling guidelines and occupational health and safety practices.Strong customer service and communication skills, with a professional and courteous manner on-site.Ability to work in a team, follow instructions, and adapt to changing schedules and job requirements.Reliable, punctual, and well-organized, with attention to detail and care for clients’ property.Police clearance (or ability to obtain one) and the right to work in Australia.Availability to work across weekdays and some weekends, depending on booking demands.
