Daily Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To

Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections to identify wear and tearAttend to breakdowns and assist with general repairsInspect and assess farm facilities, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirementsCarry out pre-start checks on farm equipmentDocument all maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment servicingPerform minor repairs, adjustments, and replacements on farm machinery, feeding systems, ventilation equipment, and other tools to minimise disruptionsMonitor and maintain strict adherence to animal welfare standards and biosecurity protocols

What You’ll Bring

Previous experience in a maintenance role (highly advantageous)Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detailProficiency in record-keeping and data analysis to support farm managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with staff, suppliers, and stakeholdersAbility to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team
