Hi-Performance Commercial Interiors is a family-owned acoustic wall and ceiling installation business, based in Brendale. In just 3 years we’ve built a reputation on strong client relationships and quality workmanship, and we’re continuing to expand. Most of our work is on commercial sites in the Brisbane CBD.

About the Role

We’re looking for an Acoustic Wall & Ceiling Installer to join our team — full-time or on an ABN basis, Monday to Friday, with plenty of overtime available for those who want it. This isn’t just an install job. You’ll work closely with our project manager and estimator to understand each project before it hits the tools, and we’re after someone who wants to grow with the business and take on leading a team of installers as we expand.

• Genuine progression into a team leadership role as the company grows

• Work directly with our project manager and estimator on each job

• Tools of the trade provided to the right candidate

• $50–$70/hour, based on your skills and experience

About You

• A trade background that translates well — cabinet maker, joiner or similar

• Sharp attention to detail and a focused approach to your work

• Able to read and interpret drawings and plans

• Strong communication skills — with supervisors, other trades, and clients

• Keen to build a long-term career in the industry

What’s on Offer

• $50–$70 per hour, dependent on skills and experience
