About the roleThis role is responsible for ensuring a seamless process from the point of sale through to order fulfilment and final delivery. It acts as a key coordination point between Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Warehousing and external partners to ensure customer orders are processed accurately, dispatched on time and delivered efficiently.
The role supports the end-to-end supply chain, including order processing, inventory management, procurement support and operational reporting, while also owning sales administration and customer order coordination. This ensures a smooth flow of information, stock and communication across all stakeholders and delivers a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
The fast-paced and changing nature of the business requires a high level of flexibility, adaptability and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
This role is focused on the following major deliverables:
What you'll be doingSales & Customer OperationsManage B2B customer orders from purchase order through to delivery.Support retail partners with onboarding, product launches, promotions and account management.Coordinate with Customer Service, Warehousing and Ecommerce to deliver an exceptional customer experience.Provide sales administration, reporting and project support.Supply Chain & OperationsSupport inventory, purchasing and supply chain activities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Coordinate with logistics, manufacturing partners and internal teams to maintain stock accuracy and timely fulfilment.Assist with inventory reporting, goods receipting and operational documentation.Reporting & Continuous ImprovementMaintain accurate data across business systems and prepare sales and operational reports.Identify opportunities to improve processes and support cross-functional projects.
What you'll bringExperience in Sales Administration, Customer Operations, Supply Chain or Customer Service.Experience using ERP and CRM systems.Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.Confidence working across multiple teams and managing competing priorities.Intermediate Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a passion for delivering great customer service.
