You will be the first point of contact for people seeking aged care support, often at moments when they need steady guidance and clear information. Our employer is seeking a full-time Client Services Officer who provides calm, consistent and accurate support to callers navigating aged care options.

This role requires confident spoken communication, accurate listening, steady computer use across multiple systems, sustained attention during back to back calls, and the ability to explain funded programs and eligibility in plain language. You will need to manage operational targets and follow set processes without losing warmth or clarity.

Day to day you will guide callers through information about services and funded programs and respond to questions while maintaining strong phone etiquette. You will also identify opportunities to connect callers with additional supports when appropriate. People who enjoy steady workflow, clear procedures, and regular client contact usually do well here.
