The role involves producing high-quality signage, including preparing artwork from client briefs, operating printing and cutting equipment, and applying vinyl to various substrates. Daily tasks include measuring and preparing installation sites, mounting and installing indoor and outdoor signs, and ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards. The position also requires interacting with clients and team members, following job schedules, maintaining tools and equipment, and keeping the workspace organized.Qualifications Strong signwriting skills, including layout, typography, and attention to detail in visual presentation.Experience with signage production processes, such as vinyl cutting, printing, laminating, and application onto different surfaces.Ability to perform on-site installations safely, including working at heights, using hand and power tools, and following WHS guidelines.Basic computer literacy and familiarity with design or sign-making software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW, or similar) are highly beneficial.Good communication and customer service skills to interpret client requirements and collaborate effectively with colleagues.Strong time management, reliability, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Relevant trade experience or qualification in signage, graphic arts, or a related field is advantageous.Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel locally for installations as required.
