Due to our continued growth and expansion, Bostin Brew Co is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Venue Manager / Chef Manager to join our team.

Our venue has recently completed an exciting renovation, creating a fresh new space for both customers and staff. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and be part of the next chapter of Bostin Brew Co's growth.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming experience for every guest.

• Build strong relationships with customers and handle enquiries and feedback professionally.

• Lead by example and foster a customer-first culture within the team.

Operations & Service

• Assist with the preparation of hot and cold food items.

• Prepare and serve quality coffee and beverages.

• Ensure efficient day-to-day venue operations.

• Rostering

• Banking / cash management

• Working within budget

Team Leadership

• Lead, motivate, and support a small team.

• Assist with staff training and development.

• Foster a positive and productive workplace culture.

Quality Control

• Ensure all food and beverages are prepared and presented to a consistently high standard.

• Maintain quality and consistency across all aspects of the venue.

Health & Safety

• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace.

• Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, and workplace safety regulations.
