Part-Time Marketing assistant & Brand Manager (Luxury Jewellery)

2 days per week Tuesday & Friday| 9:00am–4:00pm | Brendale, Brisbane

Help shape one of Australia's most recognised jewellery brands.

We're looking for an exceptional Marketing & Brand Manager to take our marketing to the next level.

This isn't a role for someone who simply schedules Instagram posts. We're looking for a creative, commercially minded marketer who understands luxury branding, storytelling and customer psychology—and who knows how to turn beautiful content into real sales.

You'll become an integral part of our team, working along side our Marketing Manager to help grow our iconic jewellery collections while building meaningful connections with customers across Australia.

We are an established Australian jewellery business specialising in premium diamond jewellery and distinctive collections. Every piece tells a story, and our marketing should do the same.We're passionate about craftsmanship, innovation and creating jewellery that celebrates life's most meaningful moments.

You'll be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy across digital and traditional channels while protecting and elevating our luxury brand.

• Developing and implementing our annual marketing strategy.

• Planning and managing engaging social media content.

• Creating compelling email marketing campaigns that convert.

• Managing Meta advertising campaigns and analysing performance.

• Coordinating product launches and seasonal campaigns.

• Growing our online community and customer engagement.

• Managing influencer and brand partnerships.

• Writing compelling copy for social media, websites and campaigns.

• Monitoring marketing performance and reporting on key metrics.

• Identifying new opportunities to grow brand awareness and sales.

You'll be someone who:

• Has proven experience in luxury, fashion, jewellery or premium consumer brands.

• Understands branding as much as performance marketing.

• Is highly organised and proactive.

• Loves analysing results and improving campaigns.

• Has exceptional copywriting skills.

• Understands Shopify, email marketing and Meta Ads.

• Has an eye for beautiful design and premium presentation.

• Enjoys working collaboratively while taking ownership of projects.

• Brings fresh ideas and isn't afraid to challenge the status quo.

• Jewellery or luxury retail.

• Klaviyo.

• Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

• Google Analytics.

• Influencer marketing.

• Product photography and creative direction.

• PR and media relationships.

After 12 months you will have:

• Elevated the perception of our brand.

• Increased customer engagement across all channels.

• Built marketing campaigns that consistently drive sales.

• Created a stronger digital presence with premium content.

• Helped position our collections as must-have jewellery pieces.
