Tint Coordinator / Yard Person

Sci-Fleet Motors is a family-owned and operated local business that has been servicing South East Queensland for over 40 years. Sci-Fleet has grown to be one of the largest organisations within the motor vehicle industry.

Sci-Fleet Motors is looking for a full-time Tint Coordinator / Yard Person to join our team at Brendale.

This is a hands-on role combining vehicle yard duties with basic administration and coordination. You’ll work closely with our Tint Department to help keep vehicles moving efficiently and ensure tint jobs are scheduled and completed within required timeframes. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 2:06 pm.

 You will be responsible for:

• Driving, moving and parking vehicles around the site

• Scheduling tint jobs using Google Sheets

• Working closely with the Tint Department to support quick and efficient turnarounds

• Coordinating vehicles to ensure they are in the right place at the right time

• Assisting with basic administrative duties, including emails and updating records

• Supporting other departments when required

• Completing general yard duties as needed

 About you:

• You have basic computer skills, including email

• Experience using Google Sheets is an advantage, but not essential

• You are self-motivated and comfortable working unsupervised

• You are organised and able to manage competing priorities

• You enjoy a hands-on role and are comfortable being on your feet and walking up to approximately 10,000 steps per day

• You are a team player and willing to assist across different departments when required

• A manual driver’s licence is preferred
