Roving Maintenance Officer - VIC
Help create safe, welcoming and well-maintained aged care communities across Victoria.
Are you a skilled and hands-on maintenance professional looking for a diverse role that combines autonomy, variety and purpose? Aeralife is seeking an experienced Roving Maintenance Officer to support our Victorian aged care residences, ensuring our communities remain safe, compliant and maintained to the highest standards.

The Opportunity
As a Roving Maintenance Officer, you will provide maintenance support and leave coverage across Aeralife's Victorian residences. Reporting to the Residence Manager and supported by the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining buildings, grounds, equipment and plant to ensure our homes remain safe, functional and welcoming environments for residents, families and staff.
Your role will balance preventative maintenance, compliance activities, auditing, repairs and contractor coordination while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the region.
