About the Role

We're currently seeking experienced Glaziers to join our team.  The role is responsible for the site installation of all products, including:

• Measuring, installing and glazing, while carrying out daily on-site activities in accordance with project requirements.

• Providing technical advice on work priorities, risks, compliance requirements and remedial strategies related to site operations.

• Interpreting building plans, fabrication reports, and relevant glass and glazing regulations, and applying them to daily site activities.

• Mentoring, supervising and training apprentices to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with standards.

About You

The successful candidates will ideally possess the following attributes:

• Relevant Trade Certificate (Glazing or Glass Processing preferred) with 2–3 years’ experience in the residential building industry.

• Demonstrated ability to safely handle glass and glazed products, including manual handling requirements.

• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, build and maintain effective working relationships, and deliver high-quality customer service.

• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor residential building works programs, including variations and replacements.

• Current C Class Driver’s Licence (highly desirable).
