Altitude is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager for a fast growing company with a portfolio of high-volume ecommerce & digital retail brands.
This is a role for a social media professional who is ready to make an impact. You will own the strategy, shape the content, and drive measurable results across organic, paid, and influencer channels. All for a portfolio of exciting brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business objectives, managing organic and paid campaigns to maximise ROI and conversions.Create, publish, and schedule high-quality content (images, video, copy) across platforms, ensuring brand alignment and platform best practices.Lead influencer marketing programs — sourcing, building, and managing partnerships to drive brand awareness.Monitor performance metrics across all platforms, provide actionable insights, and present regular reports to management and stakeholders.Collaborate cross-functionally with video and design teams, share best practices with Content Creators, and manage workflow and briefing processes.
Key Requirements:
Experience in social media management with proven results, including paid social campaign experience managing spends of $20,000+ per month.Strong background in content creation for social platforms (images, video, copy) and experience with organic posting and influencer marketing.Advanced knowledge of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and content planning platforms (e.g. Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Sked).Experience with analytics and data-driven decision-making, with the ability to identify and deliver meaningful reporting and insights.Collaborative, strategic, and creative — with strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally.
