About the Role

As a Personal Budgeting Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming lives. Every day, you’ll have meaningful conversations with clients — understanding their financial situation, uncovering their goals, and guiding them toward a clearer, more confident future. You don’t need to come from a financial background — we’ll provide comprehensive training to set you up for success. What matters most is your empathy, communication skills, and genuine desire to help others.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Guide and support clients on their financial journey with care and confidence

• Build strong, trusting relationships through meaningful conversations

• Take a consultative approach to understand needs and offer tailored solutions

• Solve problems with empathy and insight

• Deliver results in a KPI-driven environment, balancing performance with genuine care

• Put the client first by remaining flexible and responsive — adapting to changing needs and priorities to deliver the best possible outcomes

Hours & Salary

This is a full time role requiring shift work to align with our clients’ availability, therefore a standard working week would look as follows.

Please note its essential that you can commit to the below hours and you state this in your application. 

8.30am - 6pm (One Day)

1pm - 8.30pm (Two Days)

10.30am - 8.30pm (One Day)

10.30am - 6pm (One Day)

There will also be an expectation to work one Saturday a month from 8:30 am - 3:30 pm. 

Starting salary: $75,800 + super + performance incentives
Progression: Up to $86,460 as you develop
Incentives: Uncapped commission from day one
