We are now looking for a passionate and motivated Parts Interpreter to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Parts Interpreter at Western Toyota, you'll play a vital role in identifying and sourcing the right parts, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting both customers and the workshop team. Your automotive knowledge and customer-first approach will ensure every interaction is efficient, accurate, and professional.
DUTIES
Identify and supply correct vehicle parts using catalogues and systems.
Source parts efficiently through internal databases and suppliers.
Manage stock levels and maintain organised inventory.
Process sales and handle customer enquiries professionally.
Maintain accurate records of stock, orders, and transactions.
Provide advice on part compatibility to customers and technicians.
Stay updated on automotive trends and product knowledge.
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Customer service experience (automotive industry experience preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organised with strong problem-solving abilities.
Confident using computers and parts cataloguing systems.
Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
Professional presentation and attitude.
Valid NSW driver's licence required.
Toyota parts experience will be highly regarded but is not essential.
