The Team You’ll Join

You'll join Fusion's Marketing team, reporting to our Growth Lead, with full ownership of campaign execution across paid search, display, social and beyond. You'll build and launch campaigns across channels, shaping each one to fit its format and audience, then chase performance daily, pushing traffic volume, conversion rate, CPA and ROI in the right direction. You'll have real support behind you: Design brings your creative to life, Data and Devs keep your tracking and reporting sharp, and Compliance helps keep every campaign running smoothly and within the rules. We move quickly, learn from what the data tells us, and value innovation.

What You Will Own

• Build And Launch Campaigns: You'll turn strategy into action, building and launching campaigns from keyword targeting in Search, to banners in Display, videos on YouTube and reels or posts on Socials, shaping each one to fit its channel.
• Drive Growth: You’ll monitor performance daily, making data-driven decisions to improve traffic volume, conversion rate, CPA, ROI and other KPIs.
• Craft And Test Creative: You’ll craft ads with a sharp understanding of the business and industry, working closely with our Design team on the image and video assets behind them, and run A/B tests across landing pages, banners, videos and ads to keep improving them.
• Build Reporting That Answers Real Questions: You'll connect the dots across Google Analytics, Amplitude and our own backend data, spanning Paid Search, Organic and PMax, building custom reporting broken down by device, region, channel and landing page to uncover the insights that matter most.
• Use Automation Wisely: You’ll use tools like PMax and Advantage+ to scale your work, setting the guardrails, feeding them clean data, and knowing when to step in.
• Champion Data Quality: You'll make sure every channel and region tells an accurate story, understand exactly how and why you're measuring what you measure, and work closely with our Devs and Data team on improvements to tracking, measurement and testing.
• Navigate Compliance With Confidence: You'll know how to keep campaigns running smoothly within Google and Meta's policies, and act quickly and cleanly to get any account back on track when it needs attention
• Keep Everyone In The Loop: You’ll share performance feedback with stakeholders, and keep an eye out for trends, areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
• Push Bigger Team Projects: You’ll team up with others across Fusion on the bigger cross-team projects with multiple stakeholders and company-wide visibility that move the needle beyond your own channels.

What Makes You Great In This Role

• Proof Of Growth: You’ll stand out if you can point to real examples of growing a channel or region, or building one up from scratch, whether that’s driving up sales volume and revenue, or squeezing far more out of a smaller budget.
• Hands-On With Meta & Google Ads: You’ll feel right at home here if you’ve planned, built and optimised campaigns on both platforms, including working with their automated bidding tools.
• Comfortable In The Data: You'll thrive in this role if you know your way around data and reporting dashboards like Google Analytics, Amplitude, Tableau or Power BI, understand events and conversions, and can break performance down by region, channel, device and more across the full user journey. Bonus points if you build your own dashboards or event definitions.
• Sharp With Numbers: If you move easily between different data sets, can make a call even without a perfect pipeline of data behind you, and can always explain your reasoning; you’re exactly the kind of thinker we’re looking for.
• Strong Budget Judgement: You'll do well here if you understand how a budget comes together, from keywords and audiences to channels, formats and targeting, and know exactly which questions to ask before every dollar goes to work.
