Barista

Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Barista to join our team in Morningside, Queensland. This casual role is essential for delivering exceptional coffee experiences to our customers. As a Barista, you will play a key part in maintaining our high standards of service and quality, ensuring that every cup of coffee is crafted to perfection.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages to customers, ensuring quality and presentation meet our standards.
• Oversee the settings and maintenance of coffee machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide excellent customer service, engaging with customers to enhance their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and surrounding areas.
• Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth operation during busy periods.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Barista experience
• Experience in front of house roles
• Experience overseeing coffee machine settings and maintenance
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good time management skills
