About the Role
If you’re an experienced Educational Leader who loves mentoring educators, sharing your knowledge and making a real difference to the quality of programs children experience, this could be the opportunity for you.
As an Educational Program Lead with 3Bridges, you’ll have the opportunity to make an impact across our services in Narwee & Bexley, Rainbow St, Penshurst, Green Square. You’ll work alongside passionate educators and leaders to strengthen educational practice, build capability and support teams to deliver engaging, inclusive and high-quality programs for children and families.

Key Responsibilities
As an Educational Program Lead, you will support multiple OSHC services by:
Providing educational leadership and mentoring to educators and Program Coordinators.
Supporting the implementation of My Time, Our Place (MTOP).
Driving quality improvement and reflective practice.
Supporting educational documentation and programming.
Assisting services with Assessment and Rating preparation.
Promoting inclusive, engaging and child-centred learning environments.
Supporting professional development and capability building across teams.
Working collaboratively with service leaders to improve educational outcomes for children.
This position involves regular travel between services within your allocated region.
About You
You are passionate about children’s learning and development and enjoy supporting educators to achieve best practice.
Experience in OSHC, Early Childhood Education or Children’s Services.
Experience in an Educational Leader, Coordinator or similar leadership role.
Strong knowledge of:
My Time, Our Place (MTOP)
National Quality Framework (NQF)
National Quality Standard (NQS)
Child Safe Standards
Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations
Experience coaching, mentoring and supporting educators.
Strong communication and relationship building skills.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
A commitment to continuous improvement and high quality outcomes for children.
Essential Qualification and Experience
Diploma in School Age Education and Care, Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
Current NSW Working With Children Check.
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
Foundation Training: National Child Safety Training
Current unrestricted Driver’s Licence.
Ability to travel regularly across allocated services and surrounding suburbs.
