Property Manager

Harcourts Gawler are looking for a Full Time Licensed Property Manager to join an established team with an open portfolio.  Currently we have 2 x Property Managers, 2 x Property Manager Assistants, an Administrator and a hands on Business Owner and seeking another Property Manager to join our highly motivated and fun team.

We offer a competitive salary with access to 24/7 Vehicle and Work Phone.  Note we do not give mobile numbers to Landlords or Tenants.

Extremely rare after hours work required, if at all.

Preferred requirements:

• Drivers Licence

• SA Property Management Licence

• Minimum of 2 years experience either as a Property Manager or Property Manager Assistant

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong Attention to Detail

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Routine Inspections

• Ingoing and Final Inspections

• Organising Repairs and Maintenance when required - mainly done by the Maintenance Coordinator

• Communication with Landlords, Tenants and Tradespeople

• Showing of properties

• Tenant Application Processing

• Sign Up of new tenants

• Bond Lodgements & Finalisation

• Insurance Claims

• Tribunal Hearings
