About The Role

Work with a leading organisation as an experienced Senior or Lead Quality Engineer to join a large-scale data migration and transformation program. This is an opportunity for you to play a key role on a large complex transformation as a strong data migration tester.

What will you be doing?

Contribute to a data migration transformation programLead data migration testingApply AI-assisted testing techniques to improve test design, defect analysis, and risk identificationTake an automation-first and shift-left approach by building and maintaining automated test suitesWork closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams to ensure high-quality customer outcomesIdentify opportunities to improve testing processes, automation coverage, and overall quality practices

What are we looking for?

10+ years of quality engineering experienceOver 5 years of experience in data migration testing on large transformation programsVery strong SQL and data validation skills Strong experience developing automated test frameworks using tools such as PlaywrightHands-on experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub ActionsAI-assisted testing experienceStrong API testing experience (Postman, REST clients, or automated frameworks)Strong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience in Finance, Banking or Insurance
