Customer Service & Retail Sales – GymQuip Fitness & Spas

Location: Fyshwick
Type: Full-time (rotating weekends)

Join the team at GymQuip Fitness & Spas, Canberra’s leading retailer of premium fitness equipment and Hot Spring Spas. We’re looking for a motivated and friendly team member to deliver exceptional service to our customers both in-store and online.

Your role will include:

• Handling web orders and online customer enquiries
• Providing expert in-store product advice and sales support
• Liaising with customers before and after sales
• Assisting with showroom presentation and general admin

What you’ll bring:

• Great communication and computer skills
• A happy, positive attitude and professional approach
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset
• Willingness to work weekends on a 4-week rotating roster, with availability over the Christmas / New Years Period.
