About the Role

As a Key Accounts Coordinator, you'll play an integral role in supporting some of our national customers, ensuring their freight moves efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building strong relationships with national key account customers

• Providing a high level of customer service and communication

• Maintaining customer planning schedules and operational reports

• Working closely with our operations teams to coordinate daily deliveries and warehouse activities

• Monitoring and maintaining customer and business KPIs

• Ensuring compliance with Australian Border Force and Biosecurity requirements

• Managing customer enquiries and resolving operational issues

• Providing general administrative support and assisting with day-to-day operations

About You

• A confident communicator with excellent customer service skills

• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail

• Able to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines
