Known for an uncompromising standard of execution and an agile, hands-on leadership culture, they are appointing a skilled General Foreman to manage all finishes and oversee external trades on a high-profile Gold Coast build. If you possess an exceptional eye for detail, proven trade coordination skills, and a passion for architectural luxury, this dynamic team offers the ideal environment for your next career move.

The Role Working collaboratively with your Site Manager and Project Manager to achieve key milestones and drive programme Ability to work autonomously looking after structures and managing large numbers of trades and direct staff

Excellent build knowledge and people management We are looking for a foreman who can both work within a large team but with the ability to work autonomously as required Experience/Qualifications Required

Minimum 5 year's proven experience for a head contractor in Australia. Strong understanding of construction processes, building regulations, and safety standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. A strong commitment to quality, safety, and environmental sustainability. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or Engineering (preferred).

Extensive experience in managing large, complex projects Proficiency in project management software and construction documentation. Whats on offer
