Parts Interpreter

About the role

Due to an internal promotion, we currently have a position in our Spare Parts team.

Key responsibilities

• Daily ordering of parts

• Maintain Parts Warehouse

• Stocking and supply of parts to retail clients

• Stocking and ordering parts for the busy workshop utilizing company software

• Attending to customers enquiries in person, via phone or by email

• Offering exceptional customer service experience

About you

• Parts interpreting experience advantageous but not essential

• Passion for customer service

• Passion for the agricultural and construction industry

• Strong work ethic

• Long term commitment

• Competent computer skills

• Professional presentation

• Current drivers licence (Forklift licence an advantage)

• Willingness to learn
