Security Officer (NV1 Cleared)

We are seeking professional and customer-focused Security Officers who hold a current NV1 Security Clearance, NSW Security Licence, and current Australian Driver's Licence to join our growing team.

About the Role

As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while delivering exceptional customer service. You will represent MSS Security with professionalism and integrity while working across government and high-security environments.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Access control and visitor management
  
• Conducting foot and vehicle patrols
  
• Monitoring CCTV and alarm systems
  
• Responding to incidents and emergencies
  
• Completing accurate incident reports and shift documentation
  
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
  
• Ensuring compliance with site procedures and security protocols
  
• Liaising with emergency services and key stakeholders when required

You will have:

• Current NSW Security Licence
  
• Current NV1 Security Clearance
  
• Current unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• Strong customer service focus
  
• High attention to detail
  
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
  
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
  
• Intermediate computer skills
