Your Opportunity
Our Family and Domestic Violence Coordinated Response Service in Carnarvon plays a vital role in supporting individuals, families and children impacted by family and domestic violence. Working collaboratively with local agencies across the Gascoyne region, you will provide trauma informed and culturally safe case management, helping clients improve their safety, wellbeing and access to essential supports. This is an on-site position where you will build strong connections within the local community and work closely with WA Police, support services and key stakeholders to coordinate effective responses to family violence.
In this diverse and rewarding role, you will assess risk, develop safety and case plans, provide advocacy and referrals, support clients through legal processes where required, and coordinate ongoing interventions to achieve positive outcomes. You will work with people experiencing complex challenges, requiring sound judgement, resilience, professionalism and a genuine commitment to empowering clients and strengthening community wellbeing.
