ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our successful teams based in Pakenham and Dandenong, Victoria. We have multiple full-time positions for qualified and apprentice carpenters (ideally with at least 1 year of experience), working in all aspects of modular building construction. Duties will include laying floor, installing prefabricated steel frames, decking, timber doors/skirts/arcs as well as other general carpentry tasks.

This role is based in Pakenham with the potential for some work on site. Working mostly undercover in our factory, successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment and lead by example.  A strong safety focus, an eye for detail, the ability to problem-solve and a focus on quality workmanship are all essential attributes.

ABOUT YOU

• Good problem-solving skills

• Valid driver’s license

• Steel frame experience (preferred but not essential)

• Own carpentry tools (required during probation; tools provided thereafter)

• Opportunity for overtime
