Marketing & Digital Coordinator - casual ongoing 15-20 hrs pw

Links to Life is looking for an experienced marketing and digital all-rounder who brings real energy into the office. Someone who comes with ideas, backs them up, and gets on with making them happen.

You'll work closely with our MD, who has great ideas and experience and is also a good listener so you'll need to be confident putting your ideas forward, hold your own in a conversation, and land on the right outcome together. This isn't a role for someone who waits to be told what to do. We want an active doer.

This is a great fit for someone with solid marketing and digital experience who's after meaningful, flexible part-time work. Not a stepping stone to something bigger, just a great role done well, with time left over for family and life outside work.

What you'll be doing

• Managing and growing our website and social media presence
• Developing marketing and digital ideas and executing them yourself, not just planning them
• Working closely with the MD and our leaders on strategy and direction
• Creating and maintaining content: social, email, flyers, event materials.
• Tracking what's working across our digital channels and adjusting accordingly
• Bringing fresh thinking and momentum to our marketing efforts

What we're after

• Solid, hands-on experience in marketing and digital (website, social media, content)
• Excited about new tools and how to effectively use them whether it's AI or ?????
• A doer. Someone who spots an opportunity and runs with it, not just a planner
• Confident and articulate. Comfortable putting forward ideas and discussing them with a strong-minded MD
• Organised, reliable, and able to work independently
• An eye for good content and design
• Someone looking for genuinely flexible part-time work that fits around family commitments

The details

• Casual position, 15-20 hours a week
• Based in our Ryde office - Monday and Thursday required, plus one other day to suit
• We shut down over major holidays (Christmas/New Year, Easter, long weekends) so you're not missing out on family time
