Level 33 is a leading builder and developer specialising in large-scale Class 2 residential developments across Sydney. With a strong pipeline of projects secured for years to come, we continue to grow our in-house Design team and are looking for an experienced Construction Certificate (CC) Architect to join us.

This is an excellent opportunity to work directly with our Head Architect and project delivery teams on high-profile residential developments from Construction Certificate through to completion.

THE ROLE

As our CC Architect, you will be responsible for producing, coordinating and managing high-quality Construction Certificate documentation for large-scale residential projects.

Working closely with internal teams and external consultants, you'll ensure all documentation is coordinated, compliant and ready for construction.

• Prepare and coordinate Construction Certificate (CC) documentation.

• Produce high-quality architectural documentation using Revit.

• Coordinate consultant documentation, including structural, civil, hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, fire and acoustic services.

• Ensure compliance with the National Construction Code (NCC), Australian Standards, BASIX, SEPPs and relevant planning requirements.

• Liaise with Principal Certifiers and consultants to obtain Construction Certificate approvals.

• Review drawings to identify and resolve coordination issues before construction.

• Issue drawing revisions and maintain document control.

• Respond to RFIs and provide technical support to project and site teams during construction.

• Assist in resolving design and construction-related issues.

• Work collaboratively with Project Managers, Site Managers and consultants throughout the delivery process.

ABOUT YOU

• Degree in Architecture.

• Minimum 3 years' experience preparing Construction Certificate documentation.

• Strong understanding of NSW planning legislation, the NCC and Australian Standards.

• Advanced Revit skills.

• Experience coordinating multiple consultants.

• Excellent documentation and detailing skills.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• Experience working on Class 2 residential developments will be highly regarded.
