About the role
Raise is looking for a highly organised, curious and strategically minded Prospect Researcher and Fundraising Campaigns Specialist to help drive Raise Foundation's fundraising growth through prospect research, targeted campaigns, audience segmentation and supporter engagement.
This role sits at the centre of Raise's fundraising growth activity, combining prospect research with campaign planning and coordination. You will research, identify and pre-qualify prospective donors, corporate partners, trusts, foundations and government funding opportunities, build segmented target audiences and help turn insights into targeted engagement that creates qualified fundraising opportunities.
Working closely with the Chief Fundraising and Marketing Officer, Fundraising Strategist and broader fundraising and marketing teams, you will support the delivery of fundraising priorities through campaign calendars, audience and prospect insights, messaging and outreach coordination, campaign execution and performance reporting. Using Salesforce and other tools, you'll maintain campaign and audience data, coordinate leads and follow-up activity and analyse engagement, qualification and conversion data to improve pipeline performance and fundraising outcomes.
You'll combine prospect research, analytical thinking, campaign coordination and project management skills to support fundraisers to build relationships, secure meetings and progress opportunities. Your work will help Raise connect with new supporters, strengthen the fundraising pipeline and ultimately enable more young people to access life-changing mentoring.
You are highly organised, curious, resourceful and strategically minded, with experience in fundraising, philanthropy, partnerships, sponsorship, business development, marketing or campaign coordination.
You enjoy researching and analysing information, spotting opportunities and turning insights into practical campaign activity that improves supporter engagement, pipeline performance and fundraising outcomes.
