What the Role Looks Like

• Clinic-based role, with flexibility to complete non-clinical work from home
• Work with clients that align with your interests and preferred approaches
• Collaborate daily with a supportive team across disciplines
• Help shape the growth of Speech Pathology services within a well-established practice
• Be supported by experienced admin, structured systems, and approachable leaders

You Might Be a Great Fit If You...

• Have 3–5+ years of clinical experience and are ready for deeper alignment, connection, and growth
• Are registered with Speech Pathology Australia and eligible for a Medicare provider number
• Enjoy working with children and/or adolescents, and value evidence-based, client-centred care
• Want to contribute meaningfully to a team culture
• Are curious, collaborative, and committed to your ongoing development
