Manufacturing Supervisor

Your Impact:

Based at our Welshpoool, WA site, you’ll lead a production team to consistently deliver world-class manufacturing outcomes. You’ll take ownership of people, processes, and materials, ensuring quality, cost, delivery, safety, and motivation targets are met. You’ll be hands-on in driving improvements, troubleshooting issues, and embedding Asahi’s high standards across every shift.

This is a leadership role within a 24/5 manufacturing facility on a rotating shift pattern across day and night shift. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute the production plan each shift, optimising throughput, schedule adherence, and product quality.

• Lead and develop your team, managing performance, training, and the yearly people cycle to build capability.

• Own product and process quality in your area, maintaining GMP and HACCP standards at all times.

• Control labour and operational costs, manage overtime, and drive cost-efficient operations.

• Champion continuous improvement, implementing change initiatives to enhance productivity, safety, and operational excellence.

About You:

• Proven experience leading engaged teams in compliance-driven manufacturing operations, ideally within Food, Pharmaceutical, Beverages or FMCG 

• In-depth knowledge of GMP, HACCP, LEAN and safety-focused manufacturing principles and frameworks. 

• Strong people management skills, you are a hands-on problem solver, can make decisions and adjust your communication style to suit relevant stakeholders and ensure comprehension
