Senior Line Chef / Chef de Partie

Taco Daddy has opened a brand new kitchen at Crown Perth's Urban Food District, and we're looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to join the team.

Taco Daddy has built a strong following across Perth with our Birria tacos and bold Mexican street food, serving major events and a busy food truck. As we expand into Crown, we're looking for someone who can support the Chef Manager and confidently run the kitchen during quieter services.

**The Role**

• Prepare and cook menu items to a high, consistent standard

• Support the Chef Manager with daily kitchen operations

• Assist with prep, stock control and kitchen organisation

• Maintain food safety and HACCP standards

• Run the kitchen independently during quieter shifts when required

• Availability to work both day and evening shifts as required

**About You**

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Line Chef or experienced Cook

• Minimum 1-2 years of kitchen experience required

• Confident running a section during service

• Reliable, organised and able to work independently

• Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety

• Current Food Safety Supervisor certificate required at application

• Must have Australian work rights
