The role

This is a specialist sourcing role focused on building high-quality talent pipelines: 

• Identify and engage passive candidates 

• Develop sourcing strategies across multiple channels 

• Map talent markets and build long-term pipelines 

• Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to support delivery
